Order
I bake to orders. Everything is made in one home kitchen, so a batch is a real number rather than a marketing one — when it is gone, it is gone until the next bake.
No bake window is open
Registration with the council comes first, and until that is done I cannot sell anything. When the first window opens, the list hears before anywhere else.
How this works
- 1. You send a request before the cutoff. Nothing is charged and nothing is held yet.
- 2. I reply to confirm what fits in the batch. If it is already full, I say so.
- 3. You collect in Port Melbourne during the pickup window and pay then.
Everything is baked in a home kitchen. It contains gluten and is handled alongside dairy, eggs and nuts — it is not gluten-free and not suitable for coeliacs. Allergens are listed on each bake.
